Returns & Refund Policy


Returns:

At this time, we do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

 

We meticulously inspect each handbag before shipment to ensure the highest quality.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team at customercare@herspacebags.com within 5 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos/videos and a detailed description of the defect.

We will assess the issue and, if deemed a manufacturing fault, we will provide instructions for a replacement or repair at our discretion. The replacement item/s will be delivered within 14 days of the original item received at our location.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care is not considered a defect.

All approved defective items must be shipped back to our warehouse using the provided shipping label.

We do not accept returns that have been used.

Once we receive the defective item at our warehouse, you may choose to either receive a replacement product or a full refund.

If you opt for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 working days (up to 2 weeks) of processing the return.

 * Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues.

 * We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred on international shipments.

 * We reserve the right to change our shipping and return policy at any time.
