 * We accept UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking etc..

 * Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change.

 * Orders will be processed upon payment confirmation.

 * We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

 * We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

We meticulously inspect each handbag before shipment to ensure the highest quality.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team at customercare@herspacebags.com within 5 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos/videos and a detailed description of the defect.

We will assess the issue and, if deemed a manufacturing fault, provide instructions for a replacement or repair at our discretion.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care is not considered a defect.

All approved defective items must be shipped back to our warehouse using the provided shipping label.

We do not accept returns that have been used.

Once we receive the defective item at our warehouse, you may choose to either receive a replacement product or a full refund.

If you opt for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 working days (up to 2 weeks) of processing the return.

6. Intellectual Property

 * This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper care.

 * Customers must provide proof of purchase to claim warranty.
